Sustainability: we are committed to sustainable floral design. Our arrangements are compostable and packaging materials are eco-friendly. Please recycle or reuse vessels and mechanics, and compost flowers when it is time.

A 72-hour lead time is required for arrangements for special occasions (e.g. order on Monday evening for earliest pick up on Friday . Pickup is by appointment, hours are noted below)

Pickup hours are by appointment between 9-11 am and 4-6 pm Tuesday through Saturday. We may be able to accommodate outside of these times on a case by case basis. Please send us a text to inquire ahead of ordering to 971-202-1991. We cannot guarantee availability without advanced communication.
Delivery is available to most of Portland, Lake Oswego and Milwaukee. Your zip code will indicate if you’re within the our delivery parameters. Deliveries are made throughout the day on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Earliest delivery date is 72+ hours from the time of your order. Please indicate your preference at checkout (e.g. order on Monday evening, delivery will be made on Friday)
We are not responsible for flowers damaged due to weather conditions, theft, or other factors after delivery. If no one is available to receive your arrangement upon delivery be sure there is an easily accessible place available in a shaded spot for us to leave it.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.
