Our seasonal arrangements are made with the freshest blooms grown in our yard and at small flower farms in the Portland area. Each vase is overflowing with what is growing naturally at the time you order from us (sorry, no dahlias in March or tulips in July).
Our Luxury vase arrangements are artful displays of local flowers in a unique vase or ceramic vessel designed to make a statement. These designs are perfect for marking special occasions or making an unforgettable impression. They are a great fit for open houses or larger office reception areas.
We design with sustainability in mind. There are no plastic products or floral foam in our arrangements so they are entirely compostable. We encourage everyone to reuse or regift your glass and ceramic vases.

A 48-hour lead time is required for seasonal arrangements (e.g. order on Tuesday evening for earliest pick up on Thursday 4-6 pm. Pickup is by appointment, hours are noted below)
Photos represent the size and general feel of our arrangements. Flowers change between and within seasons, so all arrangements are unique. Vases are included.
Pickup and Delivery*: picking up your arrangement is free and convenient at our Woodstock, SE Portland location. We also offer delivery to most areas of Portland, Milwaukee and Lake Oswego for $12 per arrangement. The delivery charge will be added at checkout based on your zip code.

Pickup hours are by appointment between 9-11 am and 4-6 pm Tuesday through Saturday. We may be able to accommodate outside of these times on a case by case basis. Please send us a text to inquire ahead of ordering to 971-202-1991. We cannot guarantee availability without advanced communication.
Delivery is available to most of Portland, Lake Oswego and Milwaukee. Your zip code will indicate if you’re within the our delivery parameters. Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Earliest delivery date is 48+ hours from the time of your order. Please indicate your preference at checkout (e.g. order on Tuesday evening, earliest delivery will be made on Friday)
We are not responsible for flowers damaged due to weather conditions, theft, or other factors after delivery. If no one is available to receive your arrangement upon delivery be sure there is an easily accessible place available in a shaded spot for us to leave it.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.
Some flowers and plants are toxic if ingested and may also cause allergic reactions. Yard to Vase is not responsible for any harm, illness, or adverse reactions caused by exposure to our floral products. Please ensure safe handling of all flowers brought into your home.
Tips for keeping your bouquet happy and long-lasting: the most important thing you can do to enjoy your flowers for the longest period of time is to keep them in a cool spot and in fresh water. Flowers exposed to heat or direct sunlight for more than a few hours a day will wilt quickly. Change the water every 2-3 days and cut a half an inch off the bottom of the stems each time you change the water. Lastly, don’t be afraid to pull out the flowers that are first to fade! It will help the rest of them remain happy and healthy.
